I wanted to drop you a note to let you know what a wonderful job your employees Rob and Kyle did in reinstalling my daughter's carpeting. She recently had some water damage due to a leaking wall which has caused several additional problems she was unaware of when she bought the house in June of this year. You can probably imagine the stress she has gone through in the last month dealing with all the additional problems that had not been disclosed to her by the seller. Although putting the carpeting back down was a relative minor part of the repairs, it was the way in which they conducted themselves and let my daughter know what they were doing, and why, that made all the difference in the world. I arrived at her home after they were done and had left. She proudly showed me what had been done and now she could put her house back to normal, that she was crying in happiness. I couldn't have paid for that, even though I would have been glad to. These two guys are definately an asset to your company.

I certainly don't want to forget Dennis Termeer, who I know, and who handled getting these guys to do the job. I knew he would know just what to do and sure enough he did. And what's more, he got it done in 2 days!
