We just wanted to thank you for the excellent job you did at our home. We called Metro because we had a bad experience from another carpet company. We had a lot of work to do and were doing our research this time. We called Metro for an estimate, a sales associate came out and spent 3 hours with us going over all our options, gave us suggestions, and recommendations. We thought we knew what we wanted, but after talking to Henry, he gave us many other ideas. There was no doubt that he knows what he is doing and his enthusiasm and pride he has for Metro told us this is the place to go. You retiled our kitchen, three bathrooms and dining room, you re-carpeted our living room and stairs, and put in laminate floors in our den. Everyone of your technicians went beyond any expectations. Their skill and their work manifested itself every day they were in our home. Their pride in your company also was quite evident. Manny who did our kitchen and the downstairs bathroom tile and our upstairs bathrooms - another superior job from them both. Raphael and Casper laid our carpet, again, skilled professionals. We were so impressed with the extra emphasis that they all focused on for the extra details. The prep work was phenomenal. When it was all said and done, we hated for them to finish, we felt like they were family. We have and will continue to recommend Metro Floors to anyone.
